Write to support@mdgenr.com. For bug reports, include the Markdown snippet that misbehaved and what you expected to render — a paste of the source saves a full round trip.

Reporting a rendering bug
If the preview disagrees with what GitHub or your docs platform shows, send: the Markdown source, the browser and version, and a screenshot of the wrong output. Markdown dialects differ in small ways, and knowing the target helps us match it.
Diagram issues
Mermaid flowcharts and sequence diagrams are rendered by the mermaid engine. If a diagram fails to render, check the syntax first, then send us the block — some edge cases are engine bugs we can work around.
Autosave questions
Drafts are stored in your browser's IndexedDB. If a restore prompt did not appear after a crash, tell us the browser and what happened before the close — private modes and storage cleaners behave differently.
